Assistant
Duties include
performing a wide variety of general office administrative functions, focusing
on assisting professional office staff in their daily responsibilities. Must
be a college graduate with the ability to work well as an individual and
as a team player. 2+ Years professional experience required. Position requires
excellent communication skills, sound judgment, flexibility and attention
to detail. Candidate must exhibit a high level of professional attitude and
demeanor to deal with clients and management. Must possess the ability to
handle several projects at once, meet deadlines and have extensive experience
with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook for Windows.
